KAPPA CONSULTORA.
The consulting firm KAPPA was organized in 1989, with a group of experienced consultants who decided to combine their experiences and work to produce high-level technical consulting services.
The Technical Staff consists of qualified professionals, who have worked as consultants for international organizations, such as the World Bank (IBRD), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), International Labor Organization as well as the binational entities Itaipú and Yacyretá, and from several public institutions of the Paraguayan State.
KAPPA Consultant, has executed consulting studies, projects, management and supervision in civil engineering projects, roads and bridges; industrial engineering, water treatment and pumping stations; Sanitary sewer, school buildings (IDB, IBRD) hospital buildings (IDB, IBRD).
He is currently incorporating the Consulting Department, for Advisory Services, Provision and Installation of Hardware and Software. Structured cabling and networking system, provision of computer supplies, etc.
The Consultant's work area is currently moving the national limits for projects, to the bordering South American countries to more than new perspectives that are developed in the African continent (Mozambique).

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE.
1. GENERAL MANAGER DIRECTOR
With attributions to define the general policy of the company and to establish the basic norms of orientation of the works. It basically deals with project management, coordinating technical requirements for the execution and monitoring of activities. Performs liaison work with different constituents and with international organizations (IDB - IBRD - AID - JICA - etc.)
2. PROJECT EXECUTING UNIT
It is responsible for establishing a technical criterion for the project, list of standard standards, for the different solutions that meet the technical specifications of the client. They work closely with our technical department of institutional function, in order to design and direct the works for the specific purpose for which they were conceived and can fulfill the required function.
He is in charge of a technical team of architects, engineers, designers, cartoonists and support staff, who perform cost calculations, designs, supervision of works, project adjustments, as provided in the schedule of activities.
It also deals with the study and preparation of documents for prequalification of companies, specifications and conditions, specifications.
3. DEPARTMENT OF TECHNICAL ADVISORS
It is responsible for setting technical specifications that must be met according to basic design criteria, architectural programs, types of spaces, facilities and special services.
It works and is composed of experienced professionals in a specific branch, so they can propose necessary physical spaces, their type, basic equipment required, type of equipment and materials to meet the requirements of each place.
Coordinates the training programs, in order to ensure that the institutions will have qualified personnel at appropriate times.
It is also responsible for designing the administrative organization of the projected institutions of the estimated budget derived from the needs of the staff. Maintains permanent contact with national and international organizations that are developing the different specialties.

4. EQUIPMENT DEPARTMENT
It deals with the analysis, design and listing of equipment, furniture, materials, books, etc., for each of the premises designed.
Prepare the coded listings, with cost estimates, grouped by specialty, which facilitate calls for competitions.
5. CONSULTANTS TEAM
They make up a varied body of specialists with vast experience in the international field in the different branches related to the organization, project technique, construction management and supervision, which make up the strong group of the organization KAPPA S.A Consultora.
The body of Consultants consists of experts with more than five international projects executed at least, and satisfactorily evaluated by prestigious international organizations.
6. DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION
It deals with accounting control within the terms stipulated for each contract. Supervises and verifies the banking procedures, keeping up to date all the reports that allow the economic and financial evolution of each contract.
In addition, their consultants design the administrative organization for new projects and the adaptation of existing ones, through staff training, application of accounting systems, computer systems, etc.
7. DOCUMENTATION AND BIDDING DEPARTMENT
It is responsible for the preparation of legal documentation of the Consultant, this implies the management of the required documents before the different institutions of the state for participation in tenders that are presented at the country or regional level.
