Environmental License: Preparation of the Updated Environmental Report, taking into account that the Congress Building has a valid Environmental License. With this environmental study the extension of the Environmental License of the Expansion Project of the National Congress Building will be requested. Presentation of the Environmental Report Updated to the Secretary of the Environment (SEAM), with all the attached documents - Processing and Obtaining the Extension of the Environmental License for Entrepreneurship.

Executive Project: The services that the contractor must perform are described below: Preliminary Studies, Detailed Architectural Design, Structural Calculations, Sanitary Installation, Air Conditioning Installation, Mechanical Ventilation and Pressurization, Closed Circuit, Weak Signals, Telephony and Internet.
